Growing up in the 1960’s and 70’s I remember that most people had a family physician who would see them in the office or in the hospital. This doctor supervised care by specialist physicians and healthcare affiliates. Our family doctor was Harold Kravitz. Dr. Kravitz knew my name, my brother’s names, and my dog’s name!…
